CardPanorama Support

Credit card and recurring payment management for Macs.

iCloud sync

CardPanorama uses Apple's iCloud/CloudKit services to synchronize card and recurring payment information across supported Macs. Make sure both Macs are signed in to the same Apple Account, iCloud is enabled, and an internet connection is available. Synchronization may take time to complete. You can check the iCloud status indicator in the app's sidebar.

Managing cards and recurring payments

Add and edit credit cards, record credit limits and billing dates, and link recurring payments to the relevant cards. CardPanorama includes shared credit limits and a card replacement assistant to help you organize recurring commitments when replacing a card. The app does not connect to banks or automatically retrieve financial transactions.

Exporting to Excel

CardPanorama can export supported information to Excel. Choose a secure location for exported files and review their contents before sharing them. Files that you export are managed by you and may contain personal financial information.

Language and compatibility

CardPanorama supports English and Hebrew, including right-to-left layouts in Hebrew. The Mac version requires macOS 14 or later and an Apple Silicon Mac.

Data and privacy

Your CardPanorama records are stored locally and, when synchronization is available, in your private iCloud/CloudKit database. The developer does not operate a separate server to collect your card and recurring payment records. For more information, read the CardPanorama Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Before contacting support

Please include your Mac model, macOS version, CardPanorama version and build number, interface language, and a brief description of the issue. For synchronization issues, mention whether the same Apple Account is used on both Macs and approximately when the change was made. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords or other sensitive details.
